Accepted Payment Methods

You can make your payment using Mastercard, Visa, cash, or bank transfer. Choose the method that suits you best to settle your stay.
Credit card payments will be charged based on the prevailing exchange rate, whether in euros or Moroccan dirhams.

Airport Transfer Service

Take advantage of our airport transfer service at advantageous rates. We offer rates of 22 euros for a group of 2 to 4 people and 35 euros for a group of 4 to 8 people.

To benefit from this service, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance (via email or telephone). This prior booking allows us to guarantee your availability and ensure a smooth pickup upon your arrival at the airport.

Age Restriction

To maintain the tranquility and calmness of Riad Ines Home, we do not accept reservations for children under 12 years old unless they are part of a group booking the entire Riad.

Prepayment Policy

For reservations, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Additionally, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for the entire Riad at the time of booking.

You can make these deposits using Mastercard, Visa, cash, or bank transfer.

The remaining balance of your reservation can be settled at the end of your stay either in cash (euros or dirhams) or by credit card. Please note that in case of paying the balance by credit card, an additional fee of 5% applies.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations occurring between 5 and 29 days before the arrival date, the deposited amount will not be refunded.
In the case of a cancellation made less than 5 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation price will be charged.

Payment for Extras

Regarding additional fees related to extra services used during your stay, please settle these extras in cash (euros or dirhams) before your departure from Riad Ines Home.

Check-in – Check-out

Rooms are usually available from 14:00. We kindly request our guests to vacate the rooms by 11:00. Your cooperation is appreciated to facilitate preparations for our next guests.
